Scope of Operations

Blueburry Royale Inc. designs, sells, and produces fully-bespoke menswear and tailored garments through a network of retail studios operating under the BR Bespoke brand. Production is carried out by contracted offshore workshops to specifications captured by Blueburry Royale Inc. style consultants in collaboration with each individual customer.

Governing Law

All commercial activity, customer agreements, employment, vendor contracts, and regulatory obligations are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the federal laws of the United States, except where local jurisdiction supersedes (for example, consumer protection laws in the state where a sale takes place).

Regulatory Compliance Commitments

• Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS): We process card payments through Authorize.net's hosted payment page. Card numbers never touch BR Bespoke systems. Our scope under PCI DSS is SAQ-A.
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing.
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): For European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents, we honor the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. International transfers to our production workshops are governed by standard contractual clauses.
• Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use: Our use of data received from Google APIs (including Google Calendar) adheres to the Limited Use requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
• State Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected in jurisdictions where Blueburry Royale Inc. has a nexus, in accordance with applicable state and local law.

Intellectual Property

The BR Bespoke trademark, the BespokeOSPro product name and software, all designs, photographs, written content, and source code are the property of Blueburry Royale Inc. and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark law.

Customer Records and Retention

Customer measurement profiles, order history, and transactional records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for a minimum of seven years thereafter, in accordance with California tax and business-records law. Records may be retained longer where legally required.

Contracts with Workshops, Vendors, and Service Providers

All workshops, fabric suppliers, payment processors, email providers, and cloud service providers are engaged under written agreements that include obligations regarding confidentiality, data protection, and quality standards.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between Blueburry Royale Inc. and a customer, vendor, employee, or other party shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, USA.

Insurance

Blueburry Royale Inc. maintains general liability and cyber-incident insurance appropriate to its size and risk profile.
